The internal arts provide us with a means of relieving tension, working physically in a balanced and gentle way, and finding a calm and focused space within ourselves.
Private, group, and corporate training sessions available.
Advanced, intensive training for field professionals is also available.
These programs teach simple, field-tested tactics designed for survival against aggressors. Taking responsibility for our lives does not make us violent, it makes us prepared.
On-site training is available internationally, as well as in the United States.
All classes are by appointment.
